I believe therapy offers a unique opportunity to slow down, cut through the noise, and listen more deeply to ourselves. So much of life can be spent trying to meet expectations of who we think we should be, while losing touch with what feels true and meaningful to us. Therapy can create space to reconnect with yourself, develop greater self-compassion and emotional flexibility, and consider how you want to move through the world.
I work with adults navigating a range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, making space to understand patterns, make meaning of what you’ve been through, and identify what may need to shift. I see my role as offering both support and gentle challenge, tailoring our work to your needs so that therapy feels both grounding and purposeful. Ultimately, our work is about helping you cultivate a stronger connection to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create.
I am currently practicing at Maverick Psychotherapy Group and you can find me listed on Manhattan Alternative.
